It met needs well, had a really good stay for 3 nights at the Chloe Hotel. The staff were knowledgeable and the setting was good. The property was a characterful base for enjoying a beautiful area. The restaurant was wonderful, I tried extraordinary dishes.
No complaints from me.

The kind and helpful staff genuinely. Our spacious room had a fine view of the garden, and the breakfast was delicious, with local ingredients shining through.
My kids wished there were more English TV channels.

Great hotel, excellent staff. Very new, spacious room (actualy very big room). the design is very beautiful, flat big screen TV, good breakfast with fruits and local food. Definitely value for money. Location is ok, not at the shore of the lake and u need to walk till the center and the lake for 15-20 minutes. Otherwise, we have to use taxi. Very satisfied with the service, hospitable staff.

I thought this place would be luxurious, but the only english tv is bbc news-how quaint! The towels were bizarre, definetly not something you'd expect from a 'luxury' hotel. On top of that, no one offered me a welcome gift, which i fully expected. Astonishing! I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

We were impressed with this Hotel! Although it is situated not in the very center of Kastoria but the rest was Matching the description of the Hotel 100 %! Rooms were very clean, staff was very friendly! Breakfast was just beatifull. Highly recommend subject Hotel to everyone who wants to go to Kastoria and stay in Luxury Hotel! Well done to the Owner of the Hotel.

The hotel was unique and clean with nice views of the lake. The property's location was particularly good, in a quiet area. What's more, it was close enough to a large supermarket and good local restaurants very nearby and lake and mountain and Kastoria;))

Ah, we had a grand stay for two nights! The breakfast was absolutely smashing, with home-made pies and jams that really hit the spot. I must say, the location is a tad outside the city center, but the peace made up for it!
